All measurements are provided in both inches (in) and centimeters (cm).

Waist:

Measure around the narrowest part of your waistline.

Hips:

Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips/bum.

Inseam:

Measure from your crotch down to your ankle bone along the inside of your leg.

Overbust/ Bust/ Chest:

Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your chest

Underbust:

Measure around your ribcage, right where the bottom band of your sports bra sits.
